Sautee eggplant in oil. Salt and pepper<br \/>\n2. Made marinade. Mix all the ingredients. Add eggplant to the marinade. Marinate overnight.<br \/>\n3. Place the eggplant, tomato slices, and cooked clear noodle in a bowl.
