County.<\/p>\n<p>I had heard a lot of great things about it but never had a chance to visit, so I was very excited about this trip.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41493 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/42.jpg\" alt=\"42\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We stayed at a hotel right by the lake in Sister Bay, and this was the view from our second floor room!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41494 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/48.jpg\" alt=\"48\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41495 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/50.jpg\" alt=\"50\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" water.<\/p>\n<p>It was so peaceful.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41496 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/28-1.jpg\" alt=\"28\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I even did a little yoga!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41497 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/33-1.jpg\" alt=\"33\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This was one of our activities during our vacation.<\/p>\n<p>Well, the picture was taken during our ferry trip to Washington island, but we brought something onto the ferry with us.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41498 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/34-1.jpg\" alt=\"34\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yes, it was part of our segway tour!<\/p>\n<p>It was my first time segwaying.<\/p>\n<p>I always wanted to try but at the same time I was afraid because I was not sure if I could learn to ride it.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it took me about 15 minutes to be comfortable, but then oh my, it was so much fun!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/35-1.jpg\" alt=\"35\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We explored the island with on the segway.<\/p>\n<p>We had lunch right by this beautiful beach.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41500 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/37-1.jpg\" alt=\"37\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41501 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/36-1.jpg\" alt=\"36\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We also visited a lavender farm and had delicious ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>We had one scoop of lavender vanilla and one scoop of Door County cherry (it&#8217;s almost obligatory to have something cherry at least once in Door County!).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41502 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/41.jpg\" alt=\"41\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sister Bay is not a big town, but their main street is cute and has some interesting things to see, like this restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, these goats are real and grazing on the roof!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41504 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/44.jpg\" alt=\"44\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We also spent a few days in Fish Creek.<\/p>\n<p>This town was probably my favorite.<\/p>\n<p>It was packed with many stores with well selected goods!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve never had so much fun shopping during a vacation!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41505 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/42-1.jpg\" alt=\"42\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t eat a lot of sweets during our trip, but I did enjoy these donuts from Singing Donuts, where you get to pick your own icing and topping.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41507 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/45.jpg\" alt=\"45\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41508 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/46.jpg\" alt=\"46\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is one of the things we brought home from Fish Creek with us.<\/p>\n<p>We found this perfume at a small shop close to the water, and I fell in love with the fragrance and the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>They were both feminine and sophisticated.<\/p>\n<p>Terry bought this for me as a gift.<\/p>\n<p>This is going to be a wonderful way to remember this great vacation!<\/p>\n<p>Oh, did I tell you we ziplined too?!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m on <a
