The fresh juiciness.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41395 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/48.jpg\" alt=\"48\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/48.jpg 896w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/48-450x322.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/48-768x550.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These almond mini pancakes were used to hold the peanut butter, lingonberry jam (one of my favorite jams), and fresh fruit (I used bananas, strawberries and nectarines).<\/p>\n<p>You can eat these with one or two bites and these are absolutely wonderful for breakfast, brunch, or a snack.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not a mom, but I would approve these as my kid&#8217;s quick snack.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41398 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/32-3.jpg\" alt=\"32\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/32-3.jpg 637w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/32-3-320x450.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This morning I saw these beautiful flowers on my shamrock plant and it brought me such a joy.<\/p>\n<p>These white flowers are so simple yet beautiful.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41399 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/33-1.jpg\" alt=\"33\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is definitely one of the strongest plants I&#8217;ve ever had. (because it&#8217;s surviving under my care!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>PB&amp;J Pancake Sandwich Bites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>almond pancakes: it makes a lot of bite sized ones, a lot more for 2 servings<br \/>\n1\/2 cup all purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 cup whole wheat flour<br \/>\n1\/2 cup almond meal<br \/>\n1 tablespoon flaxseed meal<br \/>\n3 tablespoon cane sugar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup almond milk<br \/>\n1 tablespoon canola oil<br \/>\ncanola oil for cooking<\/p>\n<p>peanut butter<br \/>\nlingonberry jam<br \/>\nfruit (I used bananas, strawberries, and nectarines)<\/p>\n<p>1. Make pancakes. Combine all the ingredients. Lightly coat the griddle surface with oil. Cook pancakes for a few minutes each side.<br \/>\n2. Spread peanut butter on one pancake, and spread jam on another pancake.
