While waiting for it to rise, I cut up all the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>Very easy and quick preparation.<\/p>\n<p>I recently learned that bread flour makes pizza crust crispy, and all purpose flour gives chewy texture.<\/p>\n<p>I went with almost half and half this time because I like my pizza crust crispy AND chewy.<\/p>\n<p>The result was extremely satisfactory!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41254 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/15.jpg\" alt=\"15\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zucchini and Potato Pizza<\/strong> &#8211; makes one large pizza and one individual pizza<\/p>\n<p>pizza dough<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup all purpose flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 2\/3 cup bread flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 teaspoon sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon yeast<br \/>\n&#8211; 3\/4 cup lukewarm water<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sliced potato<br \/>\n1\/2 cup zucchini and yellow squash<br \/>\n1\/2 red onion, sliced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Sambal (Indonesian pepper relish)<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<br \/>\nolive salad (I used the one from CostCo)<br \/>\nchopped fresh basil<\/p>\n<p>1. Make dough. Place water in a large bowl. Add yeast and mix well until it dissolves. Add all the other ingredients. Knead. Make a smooth ball. Cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for about one hour.<br \/>\n2. Roll out the dough. Place potatoes, zucchini\/yellow squash, and red onion.<br \/>\n3. Mix olive oil and Sambal. Brush the oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle some peppers and garlic from Sambal over the vegetables. Salt and pepper.<br \/>\n4. Bake in 425F oven for about 15 minutes or until browned.<br \/>\n5.
