(lol)).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40839 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/75.jpg\" alt=\"75\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/75.jpg 638w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/75-320x450.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was served with fusilli (Terry is converting me to short pasta!) and grape tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40840 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/76.jpg\" alt=\"76\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/76.jpg 637w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/76-320x450.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Of course, garnish the whole dish with beautiful fresh oregano that I kept just for this shot!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oregano Pesto (vegan)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 cups fresh oregano leaves<br \/>\n8~10 cloves garlic, cooked for a few minutes<br \/>\n1 cup or so cashew nuts, soaked in hot water<br \/>\nlemon juice, from 1~2 lemons<br \/>\nsugar<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<br \/>\nolive oil<br \/>\nwater where garlic was cooked<\/p>\n<p>1. Combine all the ingredients. Puree in a food processor.
