Angel Hair Pasta in Korean Beef Soup<\/strong>

When I was still single and going to school, I was renting a house in Minneapolis. Over the few years I had several different housemates, and one of the housemates I had, Hannah, was a music student from Korea. She was a very busy person with school, work, and social life, and I rarely saw her. But one time Hannah and I got to eat together, and she shared her homemade beef soup with me. It was so good, and she kindly shared her recipe. She told me to simply cook beef and garlic in water for a long time, and add some soy sauce. I was skeptical, but followed her directions. The final product was just as great as Hannah’s, and it became one of my favorite soups. This time I added angel hair pasta to the soup as well as bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, green onion, and sesame.<\/p>\n
