Pour as much as you want.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40319 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/44.jpg\" alt=\"44\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40320 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/46.jpg\" alt=\"46\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another thing I was excited about today&#8217;s breakfast was this plate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40321 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/47-1.jpg\" alt=\"47\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/47-1.jpg 896w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/47-1-450x322.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/47-1-768x550.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40322 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/48-1.jpg\" alt=\"48\" width=\"596\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Terry and I drove to Wahpeton North Dakota yesterday to attend our nephew&#8217;s college graduation ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>We had a little time to explore the town before the ceremony, and I found these retro plates at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/theclosetbymotherhubbard\/\" target=\"_blank\">this cute vintage store<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I thought these plates looked 1950-ish, and everyone at the store agreed by saying they have seen plates like these at their grandmother&#8217;s house (lol).<\/p>\n<p>This store had a lot of cool stuff all well organized, and the people were very nice.<\/p>\n<p>Check it out if you have a chance to visit Wahpeton.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40323 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/38-1.jpg\" alt=\"38\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/38-1.jpg 638w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/38-1-320x450.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><strong>Mexican Green Eggs Benedict<\/strong> &#8211; makes 2green sauce<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cloves garlic, cooked in water<br \/>\n&#8211; a big handful of cilantro<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 stalks scallion, chopped<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 ~ 1 tablespoon white vinegar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 ~ 1 tablespoon canola oil<br \/>\n&#8211; lime juice<br \/>\n&#8211; sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; salt<br \/>\n&#8211; cumin<br \/>\npico de gallo<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tomato, chopped<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoon chopped onion<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tablespoon chopped jalapeno peppers (from a jar)<br \/>\n&#8211; salt<br \/>\n1 English muffin, separated and toasted<br \/>\n2 poached eggs<br \/>\n1\/2 avocado, sliced1. Make green sauce. Combine all the ingredients. Puree with a hand blender until smooth.<br \/>\n2. Make pico de gallo. Mix all the ingredients.<br \/>\n3. Assemble. Place avocado slices on toasted English muffin. Place pico de gallo, and then a poached egg.
