Preheat oven to 400F.<br \/>\n2. Place parchment paper on a pan.<br \/>\n3. Put cooked rice, cod, and vegetables on the parchment paper. Place ginger sliced on the cod.<br \/>\n4. Splash Sake, or white wine, or\/and olive oil.<br \/>\n5. Salt and pepper.<br \/>\n6. Close the parchment paper.<br \/>\n7. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes or the cod is cooked through.<br \/>\n8. Make sauce. Mix ingredients well.
