<\/a><\/p>\nToday we went to check out the nations’s first vegan butcher shop, The Herbivorous Butcher<\/a> in Minneapolis.<\/p>\n \u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u521d\u3001\u52d5\u7269\u88fd\u54c1\uff08\u8089\u3001\u9b5a\u3001\u4e73\u88fd\u54c1\uff09\u3092\u4f7f\u308f\u306a\u3044\u201d\u8089\u5c4b\u201d\u304c\u30df\u30cd\u30bd\u30bf\u306b\u30aa\u30fc\u30d7\u30f3\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff01<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We actually went there on the opening day last weekend, but we turned around as soon as we saw a long line of people waiting outside the store. Today there was a short line “inside” the store and fortunately the wait was not very long. We got there in the afternoon and people were steadily coming in.<\/p>\n \u5b9f\u306f\u5148\u9031\u672b\u958b\u5e97\u3057\u305f\u5f53\u65e5\u306b\u51fa\u304b\u3051\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u5916\u306b\u4e26\u3076\u884c\u5217\u306b\u304a\u306e\u306e\u3044\u3066\u3001\u5e30\u3063\u3066\u304d\u305f\u3093\u3067\u3059\u3088\u306d\u3002\u4eca\u65e5\u306f\u4e00\u9031\u9593\u305f\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3082\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3001\u4e2d\u306b\u6570\u4eba\u5f85\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4eba\u304c\u3044\u305f\u3082\u306e\u306e\u3001\u305d\u308c\u307b\u3069\u5f85\u305f\u305a\u306b\u8cb7\u3044\u7269\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n You can find various meat products, from roast beef and ham slices to chorizo, breakfast sausage, and BBQ ribs… They also have a few types of cheese.<\/p>\n \u30cf\u30e0\u3001\u30ed\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30d3\u30fc\u30d5\u3001\u30bd\u30fc\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u3001\u584a\u8089\u3001\u30c1\u30fc\u30ba\u3001\u306a\u3069\u306a\u3069\u3001\u7a2e\u985e\u3082\u6ca2\u5c71\u3002\u30c1\u30fc\u30ba\u306f\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u30f3\u3068\u30e2\u30c3\u30c4\u30ec\u30e9\u306e\u4e8c\u7a2e\u985e\u3067\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u3069\u3061\u3089\u3082\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u304c\u884c\u3063\u305f\u9803\u306b\u306f\u54c1\u8584\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n We brought a few goodies home.<\/p>\n \u3044\u308d\u3044\u308d\u8cb7\u3063\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3088\uff5e\u3002<\/p>\n American cheese, roast beef, BBQ ribs, and Italian sausage.<\/p>\n \u30ed\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30d3\u30fc\u30d5\u3001\u30a4\u30bf\u30ea\u30a2\u30f3\u30bd\u30fc\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u3001\u30d0\u30fc\u30d9\u30ad\u30e5\u30fc\u30ea\u30d6\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30c1\u30fc\u30ba\u3002<\/p>\n This is a small piece of BBQ rib. It was flavorful and the texture was nice and firm. But Terry probably liked it more than I did.<\/p>\n I will post what we first made with their products in the next post.
