Pumpkin Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting<\/strong>

I followed this recipe<\/a>. The texture was more like the cake rather than the cookie. But they were still delicious. I didn’t even need the frosting, although the cream cheese frosting was a nice touch. Terry liked these cookies with a generous spoonful of frosting and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.<\/p>\n
