When I heard Nebraska, the first thing that came to me was “steak”! More specifically, the picture of the super thick steak you see in every single airline book you find when you fly. So when I discovered so many restaurants offering vegan\/vegetarian food options, I was pleasantly surprised. There were several places I wanted to try, but we decided to have dinner at M’s Pub<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And I had to try their famous? Carrot Dog! The carrot was marinated and grilled to perfection. It was unique and tasty. I went back and forth if I wanted this for my Omaha dinner, but I was glad that I tried it. Well, how many times you get to eat a carrot dog, right?<\/p>\n
