{"id":34628,"date":"2015-01-04T16:36:29","date_gmt":"2015-01-04T21:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/?p=34628"},"modified":"2015-01-05T16:07:26","modified_gmt":"2015-01-05T21:07:26","slug":"avocado-soy-bean-pasta%e3%82%a2%e3%83%9c%e3%82%ab%e3%83%89%e7%b4%8d%e8%b1%86%e3%83%91%e3%82%b9%e3%82%bf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/?p=34628&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Avocado Soy Bean Pasta<br>\u30a2\u30dc\u30ab\u30c9\u7d0d\u8c46\u30d1\u30b9\u30bf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/326.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[34628]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-34629 aligncenter\" alt=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/326.jpg\" width=\"506\" height=\"717\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Avocado Soy Bean Pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This was my lunch from a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I make a pasta dish like this a lot and I can&#8217;t remember exactly when I made this.<\/p>\n<p>This was freshly cooked pasta served with avocado, sticky soy beans (or Japanese natto), daikon pickles, arugula and a drizzle of chili soy oil.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m a huge fan of avocado and I eat pasta with avocado a lot.<\/p>\n<p>I placed the daikon pickles on top for its look, but it actually became a major part of this flavor\/texture combination.<\/p>\n<p>The sweetness and the crunchiness of the pickles was perfect with the creamy avocado.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\">\n<p><strong>Avocado Soy Bean Pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100g cooked pasta<br \/>\n1\/2 avocado<br \/>\n1 small package sticky soy beans (Japanese &#8220;natto&#8221;)<br \/>\npickled daikon (daikon radishes pickled in a mixture of 1 part vinegar, 1 part sugar, and some salt for a few days)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup arugula<br \/>\nchili soy oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tablespoon white vinegar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 teaspoon canola oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tablespoon sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 teaspoon garlic chili paste<\/p>\n<p>1. Place avocado, soy beans, daikon pickles, and arugula on top of cooked pasta.<br \/>\n2. make chili sauce oil. Combine all the ingredients.
