This year we went to Cancun, Mexico for a one-week vacation. We stayed at Hard Rock Resort on the beach. We stayed at Hard Rock hotel in Panama last year and we absolutely loved it so our expectation was high. Our hotel room in Cancun was not as large as the Panama one but still spacious and nicely decorated.<\/p>\n

This was an all-inclusive resort, and they had various restaurants and food options available, including Italian, Asian, Brazilian, buffet, pizza, burger, and taco stands, and this Mexican restaurant. We had dinner at this restaurant one night and the food was fabulous! Actually we were very happy with all the food we tried at this resort.<\/p>\n

Now we are back in Minnesota. I do miss the warm weather and beautiful beach, but I’m happy to be home. The weather has been quite mild here in Minnesota the past several days and I feel like this Christmas was the warmest Christmas I’ve ever had in Minnesota.<\/p>\n
