This is a thick udon noodle in soy based broth served with shrimp tempura, chicken, seaweed, eggs, mushroom, and fish cake. The soup is a tiny bit sweet for my taste, but overall I was very happy with it.<\/p>\n<p>\u305f\u3093\u307d\u307d\u30cc\u30fc\u30c9\u30eb\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30d7\u3068\u3044\u3046\u30ec\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30f3\u3078\u51fa\u304b\u3051\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u98df\u3079\u305f\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3082\u306e\u898b\u3064\u3051\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u934b\u713c\u304d\u3046\u3069\u3093\u3002\u5177\u3060\u304f\u3055\u3093\u306a\u3068\u3053\u308d\u304c\u5b09\u3057\u3044\u3002\u304a\u6c41\u306f\u3001\u7518\u3081\u304c\u597d\u307f\u306e\u79c1\u3067\u3082\u3061\u3087\u3063\u3068\u7518\u3044\u304b\u306a\u3001\u3068\u3044\u3046\u611f\u3058\u306f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u5168\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3082\u6e80\u8db3\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/34.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[33701]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33704 aligncenter\" alt=\"34\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/34.jpg\" width=\"717\" height=\"506\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This was tofu dengaku that Terry ordered. Tofu dengaku that I remembered was usually broiled and served with thick sweet miso sauce. This tofu did not look broiled and it was served with sesame based sauce. It&#8217;s a comfortable space with wood tables, but for some reason it&#8217;s hard to find a spot that looks good in pictures.
