I&#8217;m still enjoying baking pullman bread.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t cover with a lid for this one, so I&#8217;m not sure if I can still call this pullman.<\/p>\n<p>But you know what I mean?<\/p>\n<p>This is a recipe I was excited about trying for a long time even before I got myself the right sized pan.<\/p>\n<p>This bread has milk, heavy cream, and egg yolks, and they sure make this bread rich and special!<\/p>\n<p>The texture is also wonderful. It&#8217;s so soft and fluffy!<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><strong>Hotel Bread <\/strong>(Use a 12cm x 12cm x 18cm pan) adapted from <a href=\"http:\/\/cookpad.com\/recipe\/1337254\" target=\"_blank\">this recipe<\/a><\/p>\n<p>7g dry yeast<br \/>\n195g milk, lukewarm<br \/>\n60g heavy cream, at room temperature<br \/>\n2 egg yolks<br \/>\n350g bread flour<br \/>\n25g sugar<br \/>\n7g salt<br \/>\n25g butter, at room temperature<br \/>\n5~6 1\/8 inch thick butter slices <\/p>\n<p>1. Mix dry yeast and milk in a bowl until the yeast dissolves.<br \/>\n2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for butter.Knead well.<br \/>\n3. Fold in butter. Knead more until smooth. Form a ball. Place the ball in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for about 1.5 hours until doubled in bulk.<br \/>\n4. Press the dough with hands to get the air out. Divide the dough into four and form four balls. Let them rest covered with towel for 15 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Roll out the dough flat, and roll them into two logs. Place them in the greased pan. Let them rise until they come up close to the edge.<br \/>\n6. Make a slit in the middle with a knife. Place butter slices in the slit.<br \/>\n7.
