Cookie Cheese Balls<\/strong>

I love the girl scout’s cookies. Terry and I purchased five boxes from our neighbor this year. Terry likes the lemon cream one. My favorite is the one with coconut, caramel, and chocolate. They are good as they are, but I thought it would be fun to grind them fine and mix it with cream cheese. Here they are. I coated some of them with cocoa powder, and the others with toasted coconut flakes. Aren’t they pretty? <\/p>\n
