Gorgonzola Cheese Cake<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was in the mood for a cheesecake. When it comes to food, I’m like a little kid. If I want something, I WANT IT NOW! I opened the fridge hoping to find cream cheese. I did have cream cheese but sadly there wasn’t enough. I was desperate and I decided to use Gorgonzola cheese I happened to have in the corner of the fridge to make up. The cheese cake turned out to be unexpectedly very good. Well, I like blue cheese so the subtle Gorgonzola flavor made this cake interesting to me! It makes an elegant dessert that can be enjoyed with a glass of red wine or a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n
