Rhubarb Cornmeal Cake<\/strong><\/p>\n

I don’t know what it is, but rhubarb always excites me. Maybe because you only get to see them during a short time of the year. Or maybe because of its unique shape, color, and taste. So when my mother-in-law asks me if I want some of the rhubarb she buys from local farmers, I always say YES. That’s how I got these rhubarb last weekend and for some reason I was in a mood for a simple rustic cake I can eat for breakfast with my coffee. This rhubarb cornmeal cake was perfect for it. Make your coffee strong and enjoy!<\/p>\n
