An elegant and delicious salad, of course, if you like prosciutto… I enjoyed this salad very much. The mustard and balsamic dressing goes really well with everything on the plate: nectarine, arugula, prosciutto, and Parmesan cheese. The combination of the saltiness from prosciutto and the sweetness from fruit (like nectarine in this case), is always a winner to me.<\/p>\n
