And what can I say, I like ramen noodle and Japanese curry. I grew up eating a lot of both. Once in a while I do get craving for ramen noodle, so I keep a few packages in our pantry. I also buy a few boxes of Japanese curry paste whenever I go to an Asian grocery store. Make curry soup by just adding water to the curry paste and cook until slightly thickened. Add cooked ramen noodle and serve with a poached egg, corn, and green onion.
