<\/a><\/p>\nThere were so many foods we enjoyed during our trip, but I really didn’t take many pictures (We didn’t bring a camera, so all the pictures were taken with Terry’s cell phone). Here are only a few of the foods we tried during our stay in Panama.<\/p>\n

The dish our driver\/guide, Anthony, was about to eat in this picture is Corvina (white fish) with garlic sauce. This dish was apparently very popular in Panama and we saw it on the menu at almost every restaurant. I tried this dish at a different restaurant and it was very tasty.<\/p>\n

This is some kind of fried rice with chicken.<\/p>\n \u3053\u3061\u3089\u306f\u30c1\u30ad\u30f3\u30e9\u30a4\u30b9\u307f\u305f\u3044\u306a\u306e\u3002<\/p>\n Ceviche.\u3000Another very popular dish in Panama. This particular restaurant served their ceviche with small plantain cups.<\/p>\n \u3053\u308c\u3082\u30d1\u30ca\u30de\u3067\u306f\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3082\u4eba\u6c17\u6599\u7406\u3060\u3063\u305f\u30bb\u30d3\u30c1\u30a7\u3002\u30bb\u30d3\u30c1\u30a7\u3068\u306f\u3001\u30b7\u30fc\u30d5\u30fc\u30c9\u306e\u30de\u30ea\u30cd\u3002\u3053\u3053\u306e\u30ec\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30f3\u306f\u3001\u30d7\u30e9\u30f3\u30c6\u30fc\u30f3\u3067\u4f5c\u3089\u308c\u305f\u5c0f\u3055\u306a\u30ab\u30c3\u30d7\u304c\u6dfb\u3048\u3089\u308c\u3066\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n This was a dish called “mondongo” I ordered at a restaurant that is supposed to serve Panamanian food. Our guide told me that this dish was “meat strips”. It turned out to be stew with beef tripe! (OK, the tripe was cut into strips.) I always try anything at least once, and I had a bite. I usually don’t drink much beer. But the cold Panama beer tasted so good in their 90 F degree weather.
