Terry wanted to try their sweet potato cakes. they came with a (very) small salad and dessert (cheesecake). I didn&#8217;t care very much for the potato cakes or the dessert, but I loved their kale salad! I think my creation is pretty close to theirs. This salad is so fresh and refreshing. This will probably taste good when served with mustard, cumin, paprika, or even curry flavored dressing as well.<\/p>\n<p>Kale and orange salad: kale (blanched and chopped), carrots (blanched),
