This was absolutely delicious! Terry is not a big berry eater, but even he liked it. Homemade balsamic dressing is recommended. If you have (expensive) high quality thick balsamic vinegar, just mix it with olive oil, and add salt and pepper. But if not, add sugar to your balsamic vinegar and cook it until thick. Mix it with olive oil and add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n

Romaine Salad with Berries and Feta: romaine lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, crumbled feta cheese, grated lemon zest, sweet balsamic dressing (balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil)<\/p>\n
