I was disappointed because I was cheering for the Cardinals… They played well towards the end, but they should have been a little more aggressive in the first half of the game, if you ask me. Oh well, it was a good game. It was fun to watch from the beginning to the end. <\/p>\n

I made these fried green beans for our Super Bowl get together last night. I used beer batter and it seemed to make a nice light crunchy texture. I made two kinds of dipping sauce, wasabi ranch and chipotle mayo. I made wasabi ranch dipping sauce, trying to recreate the one I had had at the T.G.I.Fridays restaurant a few weeks ago. <\/p>\n

Wasabi ranch dipping sauce: ranch dressing, mayonnaise, horseradish, wasabi(paste), grated garlic, green onion, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper<\/p>\n

Chipotle mayo sauce: mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley<\/p>\n
