I found this recipe at the food network site. It’s Paula Deen’s. It had five stars and there were over 1000 reviews. The recipe was so interesting mostly because of the unique ingredients and the easy steps to take. The resulting “cookies” were very good. I liked them very much. But I’m not so sure if you can call these cookies. The texture was definitely more like cake’s and I feel they should be rather called “mini cakes”. Will I make them again? Probably yes. As other reviewers were saying, it will be fun to make them with different flavors. <\/p>\n
