Turkey Brie Sandwich with Cranberry Horseradish Mayo<\/strong>

The idea for this sandwich came from my brother-in-law. He recently told me about this turkey and brie sandwich he had tried at work. It just sounded so good that I wanted to make one myself. He told me that there was cranberry aioli sauce in that sandwich. It sounded good but I cheated here and made my own easy version of cranberry sauce, by mixing canned cranberry sauce, mayo, and horseradish sauce. I also put some spinach to add the green color. I did use wild rice bread just as he told me, though (I made these rolls<\/a> myself!). This was so good and Terry and I had the same sandwich two days in a row!
