Here is another post that I wanted to publish before the summer ends… To me the end of August means the end of summer, so this post barely made it (I was writing this yesterday, but I got sick after eating Sesame Chicken at a foodcourt last night and I couldn’t post this until today…). I saw the idea of making pasta with peach, tomato, and basil in an old magazine the other day, and I decided to make it with the nectarine that I happened to have in our kitchen. The unexpected combination of the sweet fruit and the tomato was fun. Served with a lots of basil, the pasta tastes very fresh. <\/p>\n
