I love cupcakes and I’m always looking for good cupcake recipes. The authors of this book are apparently very successful cupcake shop owners in England, and there are so many great-sounding recipes in this book and I want to try them all! Blueberry Corn Muffin was the first one I tried in this book just because I had some fresh blueberries in our fridge I wanted to use up.
