<\/a><\/p>\nBanana and Cheese Cream Stuffed Crepe with kiwi Topping<\/strong> I thought I had mastered the art of making crepes, but apparently I hadn’t. At least the first few were difficult to make. They just didn’t turn out right. This happens with pancakes, too. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but I’m thinking that the pan has to be hot evenly on the whole surface, but not too hot, to make perfect crepes. Anyway, I was able to make this lovely brunch with some of the few crepes I was happy with. For the crepe, I always use my trusted recipe from Julia Child’s “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”.
