Cherry Cheese Pie<\/strong>
\nJuly 4, 2011<\/em><\/p>\n

The mixture of Neufchatel cheese, whipped heavy cream, and sugar was put inside the baked pie crust (I used a store-bought frozen crust. Super easy!), and the pie was served with lots of fresh cherries. Drizzle cherry sauce if you like. I loved the combination of the fresh fruit and the light cheese filling. I can’t wait to make this again! (Although I might have to substitute a different fruit for cherries, as I just found out that Terry is not a big cherry fan…)<\/p>\n
