Citrus Tiramisu<\/strong>

The recipe is from the book called Urban Italian<\/a> written by Andrew Carmellini. I recently got this book from the local library, and this book is very cool. I found several recipes, many of them are dessert recipes, that I wanted to try right away. This citrus tiramisu was the first recipe I tried from this book, and Terry and I loved this dessert. The balance among the mascarpone\/zabaglione cream, lemon cream, cookies(I used Nilla wafers in place of ladyfingers), and fresh orange is so perfect. The right amount of liquor creates a sophisticated flavor, too. <\/p>\n
