But most importantly, this is delicious. I put together all my favorite ingredients in this salad. Shredded poached chicken, mango, spinach, white quinoa, and red onion were simply dressed with olive oil, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>The picture below is our new tile for the backsplash in our kitchen Terry and his friend, Steve, worked on last weekend. This makes the kitchen finally look complete.
