Breakfast Sandwich<\/strong>

I hardly ever go to the fast food restaurant for breakfast, so when I do I get excited (lol). My favorite fast food breakfast choices are Burger King’s CROISSAN’WICH<\/a> and McDonald’s McGriddle<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here is the homemade breakfast sandwich I made being inspired by those fast food sandwiches. I used store-bought muffin-shaped croissant-like bread, which was sold as “butterflake bread”. Horizontally cut the bread in half. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half and warm it up until the cheese melts. Then sandwich cooked egg and sausage patty. I lightly brushed maple syrup on the cut side of the bread, by doing which I wanted to add the sweet and savory flavor you find in McGriddle. It’s not the same, but it was pretty tasty!<\/p>\n
