I wanted to make something green for Saint Patrick’s Day, but I was not well prepared… With the ingredients I happened to have in the house I decided to make green sauce to make our meal look at least partly green-colored.<\/p>\n

Green sauce: green onion, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, cooked garlic, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, (salad oil)<\/p>\n
