My friend, Nikki, who lives in Ireland told me about the restaurant she had recently been to. When I told her that the restaurant sounded very interesting, she sent me the restaurant’s website<\/a>. When I was looking at their breakfast menu, I noticed that they had something called, “Lemon and Poppy Seed Pancakes” and I was intrigued. I had made lemon and poppy seed muffins many times, but I had never thought about using this combination for pancakes.<\/p>\n

Last weekend I decided to add lemon zest and poppy seeds to my ricotta pancakes. They were delicious! If you like lemon and poppy seed muffins, you should try this!<\/p>\n
