<\/a><\/p>\nBeer Battered Stuffed Mushrooms<\/strong> Terry and I are always looking for independent local restaurants we like to support. There is this bar\/restaurant that opened a few years ago and is 10 minutes from our house. Since we fell in love with their burger, we have been going there quite often. It’s hard to not order a burger (because it’s so good) but I was glad that we tried their beer battered stuffed mushrooms last time we were there. <\/p>\n I usually don’t make any deep-fried food at home but I’ve been breaking this rule more and more often recently. Well, deep-fried food is tasty, period (lol)! We just need to not overdo it. Here are beer battered stuffed mushrooms I recreated at home with an inspiration from our favorite local restaurant, Maple Tavern<\/a>.<\/p>\n Spicy sausage and Parmesan cheese were stuffed inside the mushroom. You don’t need any sauce, because they are so tasty themselves.
