Surprise Birthday Party<\/strong>

Terry’s mom, Terry, and I hosted a surprise birthday party for Terry’s sister, Nancy, at our house on Sunday. There were some moments when we were not sure if we could really pull it off (well, things happen even when you are very organized). So we were relieved to see her surprised when she saw her family and friends hiding in the kitchen. It was a fun time. I know it’s a little early but Happy Birthday again, Nancy!!<\/p>\n

Terry’s mom did all the planning for the party and all the food preparation went very smoothly, thanks to her. Some of the things I prepared for the party were wonton crisps and chicken wings.<\/p>\n

wonton crisps:
\na) ham and cheese (ham, Parmesan cheese, mayo, green onion, salt, pepper, paprika)
\nb) corn and curry (corn, green onion, mayo, curry powder, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese)
\nc) pepperoni and sundried tomato (pepperoni, sundried tomato, mozzarella cheese)
\nd) cream cheese and hot pepper jelly (cream cheese, hot pepper jelly)<\/p>\n

chicken wings: chicken wings, marinade(soy sauce, honey, molasses, ginger, garlic, onion slices, chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt)<\/p>\n
