We had a casual potluck party at our house on New Year’s eve. I made a big pot of chili and garlic and sun-dried tomato corn muffins, along with green bean salad and some sweets. Because we decided to have this party at the last minute and also there was a forecast for a snow storm on that night, I was not sure exactly how many people would actually show up. So, of course I made too much food. The good thing about chili is that it tastes better the next day!<\/p>\n
