Roasted Chicken Avocado Salad with Curry Dressing and Teriyaki Sauce<\/strong>

Here is another dish I made using the rotisserie chicken from Costco. I just put together avocado, grape tomatoes, arugula, and the chicken on a plate and tried to make it pretty with two different sauces: curry dressing and teriyaki sauce. Curry dressing was made with mayo, sour cream, honey, Indian yellow curry paste, salt, and pepper. For the dark sauce, I mixed store-bought thick teriyaki sauce with soy sauce. <\/p>\n

The water bottle only a part of which you can see in the pictures is my recent favorite water, S.Pellegrino<\/a>. I never liked sparkling water until I happened to try this water a few months ago. Now I really enjoy this water with my meals. I like how cool the bottle looks, too. <\/p>\n
