I’ve recently started seeing these mini sized steak at various grocery stores. Terry is not a big fan of red meat, and I’m also cutting down on it, so this is actually a perfect size for us. <\/p>\n

Place blue cheese on top of cooked steak. Microwave it until the cheese melts. Serve the steak with rosemary cranberry sauce, made with cranberry sauce, store-bought steak sauce, and rosemary. Just another way to use up leftover cranberry sauce. <\/p>\n
