<\/a><\/p>\nTropical Chicken and Broccoli Stem Coleslaw Sandwich<\/strong> Since I moved all the condiments into the new and big refrigerator, I can see all of them nice and clear. Seeing all the interesting condiments that I almost forgot I had give me some ideas for new dishes. One of the condiments that I re-discovered was “mango-papaya chutney” that Terry and I had bought at one of the Caribbean island stops during our last cruise trip. <\/p>\n For this sandwich, sliced roasted chicken which was dressed with chipotle sauce and mango-papaya chutney, cheddar cheese, broccoli stem coleslaw, and fresh cilantro were sandwiched in whole wheat rolls. Since the chutney came from a sunny Caribbean island, I decided to name this a “tropical sandwich”!
