It was such a small amount, but I could not waste it. The sweet potato puree was mixed with cream cheese and sugar. Whole wheat spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) waffles were served with this cream cheese mixture, chopped walnuts, butter, and warm maple syrup. Yum!
