Spiced Pumpkin Tiramisu Bites<\/strong>

I like to shop at Trader Joe’s. There are several items that I regularly buy at the store, but I also enjoy just browsing the store because I often find something new and interesting. When I found a jar of pumpkin butter, I was immediately drawn to it. <\/p>\n

The flavor of this Pumpkin butter is quite intense. I added this butter to mascarpone cheese and whipped heavy cream. This tiramisu bites were made with layers of this cream and coffee soaked Marie biscuits. Terry loved it. By using the Pumpkin butter, I can make this in only a few minutes. It’s pretty cool!<\/p>\n
