This is my blog friend’s cheesecake recipe (Japanese)<\/a> and I keep coming back to this. It’s so nice to have trusted dessert recipes that can bring consistent results. And this is certainly one of them. This time I added maple syrup and pureed sweet potato. This was very good, but I should probably have added a little more sweet potato.
