<\/a><\/p>\nCheddar Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Bacon Rolls<\/strong> I saw a picture of bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno peppers my friend made the other day. They looked so good and I wanted to try. I added ranch dressing powder and shredded cheddar cheese to cream cheese and stuffed jalapeno peppers (cut in half and seeded) with this mixture. I then wrapped the peppers with bacon, placed them on a pan and sprinkled brown sugar. I cooked them at 375F for about 10minutes, 400F for another 10 minutes, and then broiled for a few minutes to add extra crispiness to the bacon. Sprinkle salt and serve. This was so tasty. I was afraid the peppers might be too spicy, but the spiciness was just perfect!
