Whenever my mom asked me what I wanted for dinner, I would say “Gyoza (Japanese word for potstickers)!” My mom taught me well, and when I was 6 or 7, I was already helping my mom to make them. We would make over 100 for the family of four, and usually there weren’t many leftovers! I continue to enjoy making these pot stickers. Wrapping is almost like a zen experience; it makes me feel calm and focused (lol). This time I served these potstickers with gochujang sauce made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and gochujang. Gochujang is a Korean red pepper bean paste which is sweet and spicy at the same time. <\/p>\n
pot stickers: potsticker wrappers, filling (ground beef, ground pork, minced boiled cabbage, chopped green onion, grated garlic, minced ginger, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper)<\/p>\n
Please help us promote our blog by clicking on the following buttons.
