Raspberry and Orange Mousse in Chocolate Cups<\/strong>

Terry and I took a short trip to a local winery\/farmers market about 45 minutes from our house a few weekends ago. It was a rainy day and there were only a few vendors. Unfortunately there were no produce vendors that I was hoping to find there. So Terry and I went inside and tried their six-course wine tasting. They make a wide selection of wine using various fruits and vegetables (beet is a vegetable, right?). Unfortunately after tasting the beet wine, everything tasted beet(lol). We didn’t buy any wine, but the owner showed us something interesting that they were selling at their store: toasting chocolate cups. I think you are supposed to put liquor in these cups, but I decided to make simple raspberry and orange mousse that was heavily flavored with liquor and put it in these cups. These would be fun to serve at parties. <\/p>\n

Raspberry Mousse: raspberry sauce, Chambord, sugar, heavy cream, gelatin
