I think it’s absolutely amazing. Terry’s cousin, Brandon, makes maple syrup; he does everything, from collecting sap from trees to boiling it for hours. Terry and I were so excited when he gave us a jar. Last weekend I made Terry’s favorite pancakes, Swedish pancakes, for breakfast and served them with butter, lingonberry jam, and Brandon’s pure maple syrup. Delicious! Really, how often do you have a chance to taste pure maple syrup like this? Thank you again, Brandon!<\/p>\n
