Korean Beef Wrap<\/strong>

I was watching TV the other day and heard about something like a Korean taco truck that is very popular in California. I believe they put kimchi (Korean pickled cabbage) in their tacos, and it sounded delicious (I’m a big fan of kimchi!).<\/p>\n

Inspired by that, I made this Korean beef wrap. Short ribs were cooked in Korean flavored sauce (soy sauce, honey, garlic, garlic powder). Cooked bean sprouts and carrots were mixed with sesame oil and salt. Inside my tacos are the beef and vegetables, kimchi, cilantro, green onion, cheddar cheese, pea shoots, and lime juice. <\/p>\n
