<\/a><\/p>\nBanana Ice Cream with Brandy Chocolate Sauce<\/strong> One of the foods Terry and I really enjoyed “unexpectedly” during our recent cruise trip was banana ice cream. It was one of the chocolate dessert series served at the steakhouse on the cruise ship. Neither one of us are big banana fans (I eat them once in a while, but I had never seen Terry eat banana or any banana flavored desserts), and we didn’t think we would like it. Surprisingly, it was our favorite among other chocolate desserts served with it.<\/p>\n Last weekend I decided to make my own banana ice cream. Well, I guess I went a little too far, and put probably a little too much banana. You can really taste banana in this ice cream, and unfortunately, Terry didn’t like it; he hardly touched it… So I enjoyed the rest of the ice cream with homemade brandy chocolate sauce , which was made with unsweetened chocolate, honey, brandy, and heavy cream. <\/p>\n Please help us promote our blog by clicking on the following buttons.
